Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Srikakulam. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, streamline processes, manage teams, and ensure efficient workflow across various functions. Responsibilities include improving operational efficiency, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic initiatives to meet business goals. The candidate will also handle stakeholder communication and provide leadership in optimizing resources for better performance.
Qualifications
- Operational skills including process management, efficiency improvement, and resource planning
- Team management skills, with experience in leadership and fostering collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of financial products, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client and stakeholder management
- Proven ability in driving team performance and achieving organizational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in financial services or NBFCs is advantageous
