Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Belgaum, India. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. They will collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, improve efficiencies, and support new product development. Additionally, they will liaise with clients, oversee supply chain management, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience in supply chain management, production scheduling, and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including welding, rolling, bending and CNC machining
• Understanding of quality control and safety compliance standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on process improvement
• Technical knowledge or familiarity with industries like Mining, Earthmoving, or Agriculture
• Proficiency in project management tools and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in operations or manufacturing is highly desirable
