About the Role
ATI Travels Private Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced ETS Site In-Charge to manage day-to-day employee transportation operations at the client site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, timely, and efficient cab operations while maintaining strong coordination with clients, drivers, supervisors, and the central operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day ETS operations at the assigned client site.
- Ensure all employee pickups and drops are completed safely and on time.
- Manage daily cab deployment, routing, scheduling, and roster coordination.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure they report on time as per the roster.
- Monitor cab movement, trip status, delays, cancellations, and no-show cases.
- Handle employee transportation-related complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the client SPOC for daily operational requirements and escalations.
- Ensure proper implementation of client SOPs, company policies, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor driver behaviour, grooming, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure all deployed vehicles and drivers have valid and updated compliance documents.
- Coordinate vehicle replacement in case of breakdown, absenteeism, or any operational emergency.
- Monitor ETA, trip completion, OTP, no-show, late reporting, and route deviations.
- Maintain daily operational reports, MIS, incident reports, and other site-related records.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updating of the ETS/MIS system or client transportation platform.
- Conduct regular checks of vehicles for cleanliness, condition, and basic safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the central operations team for additional vehicles and emergency requirements.
- Escalate critical operational, safety, or client-related issues to management immediately.
- Support driver training, briefing, and safety awareness activities at the site.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable transportation, safety, and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with the client and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Employee Transportation / Fleet Management / Transport Operations.
- Good understanding of cab routing, roster planning, and driver management.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational emergencies.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
- Experience with transportation/ETS software or platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Diploma/degree in Transport Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
