Athleaders is Singaporeโs and Dubaiโs leading personal training company, delivering premium fitness experiences across homes, condo gyms, and outdoor spaces.
As we scale across Singapore, Dubai, and beyond, we are looking for a highly execution-focused HR Operations Manager to strengthen our backend operations and hiring processes.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in recruitment, operations, process discipline, and execution.
Talent acquisition will take up the majority of your week, alongside HR operations, onboarding, admin coordination, documentation, and SOP building.
You will work directly with the founders and CHRO. Initially, this is an individual contributor role, with the opportunity to build and manage a small HR team over time.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys operational detail and structured execution
- Takes pride in accurate trackers, documentation, and clean processes
- Can follow systems closely while improving them where needed
- Is comfortable balancing recruitment, HR, and admin work in the same day
This role is not suitable for candidates seeking strategy-only or delegation-heavy HR positions.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end hiring across Singapore, Dubai, and India
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and partnerships
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate communication
- Build and maintain hiring pipelines
- Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment workflows
- Support international hiring where required
2. HR Operations
- Handle onboarding, contracts, payroll inputs, and inductions
- Maintain employee records, trackers, and HR documentation
- Manage leave tracking, attendance, probation, and offboarding
- Respond to employee HR queries and policy-related matters
- Support compliance and HR process consistency
3. SOPs, Systems & Process Building
- Follow and improve HR/admin SOPs
- Build practical, scalable processes where gaps exist
- Keep documentation updated and operationally relevant
- Create systems that reduce dependency on manual follow-ups
4. Administration & Coordination
- Manage scheduling, reporting, vendor coordination, and admin support
- Prepare trackers and HR dashboards for leadership
- Coordinate across teams in India, Singapore, and Dubai
- Support internal communication and day-to-day operations
Ideal Candidate
- 4โ6 years of experience across recruitment, HR operations, and admin
- Strong sourcing and screening experience
- Comfortable working in fast-paced/startup environments
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Strong ownership and follow-through
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Exposure to Singapore/UAE hiring is a plus
