Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Arogyadham Retreat based in Rishikesh. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily functions of the retreat, ensuring smooth operations and a superior guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating wellness programs, overseeing vendor relationships, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards. The role also involves monitoring budgets, improving operational processes, and addressing any issues promptly to enhance the retreat’s overall experience.
Qualifications
- Operational and leadership skills: Experience in managing daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring service quality.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and vendors to foster a collaborative and welcoming environment.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills: Proficiency in process improvement, time management, and addressing operational challenges efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset: Commitment to guest satisfaction and attention to detail in creating exceptional retreat experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality or wellness is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Rishikesh’s local culture and wellness practices is a plus.
