Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Operations Manager role based in Kompally, Hyderabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, optimize processes, and ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include devising and implementing operational strategies, managing resources, coordinating with team members, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of services for optimal client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, and process optimization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor and evaluate performance metrics.
- Familiarity with education consultancy services, including university admissions and visa guidance, is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
