Job Role
As an Operations Manager at AND Investments, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's day-to-day operations while working closely with the founder. This is a hands-on role that combines operations, client interaction, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and streamlining daily office operations
- Coordinate and support the interview process for hiring candidates
- Maintain records and documentation of employees hired
- Be actively involved in client meetings for note-taking, follow-ups, and coordination
- Support client onboarding and ensure smooth execution of processes
- Assist in cold calling and initial outreach to potential clients
- Contribute to lead generation and business development activities
- Maintain client records, data, and internal documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, prospects, and internal tasks
- Help in organising workflows and improving operational efficiency
- Work closely with the founder on day-to-day decision-making and execution
Compensation Structure
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + performance-linked incentives
What We’re Looking For:
- Age 18 years or above
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and prospects
- High sense of ownership and accountability in day-to-day work
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A proactive mindset — someone who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions
- Tech-friendly and comfortable using tools like MS Office, Canva, and other basic digital platforms
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in finance, wealth management, or building a long-term career in this space
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Comfortable working closely with the founder and being involved in core business activities
