🚀 We are Hiring: Operations Manager
Are you a proactive operational leader with a track record of driving efficiency and multi-branch success? ALIMS School of Business is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our daily operations across our three key branches (Manjeri, Kochi, and Calicut).
📍 Role Details
- Position: Operations Manager
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Locations Covered: Manjeri | Kochi | Calicut
- Travel Requirement: High willingness to travel frequently across all 3 branches is essential.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Branch Leadership: Oversee day-to-day administrative, academic support, and facility operations across all 3 ALIMS campuses.
- Process Standardization: Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence at every branch.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between departmental heads, branch teams, and top management.
- Resource & Logistics Management: Optimize resource allocation, manage vendor relationships, monitor branch budgets, and oversee facility maintenance.
- Team Supervision & Compliance: Work alongside HR to monitor staff performance, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a seamless work environment across all locations.
- Reporting & Strategy: Conduct regular branch visits, audit operations, and present actionable performance reports to executive leadership.
💡 What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in Operations Management, Multi-Site Coordination, or a similar leadership role (Educational sector experience is a plus).
- Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with frequent travel and managing operations on-site across Manjeri, Kochi, and Calicut.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, vendor negotiation, and process-mapping capabilities.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and reporting skills in both English and Malayalam.
