We are building a multilingual creator ecosystem across India and are looking for
energetic, communication-focused professionals who can support creators, users, and
customers across multiple languages and regions.

Role Overview
As a Creator & Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling creator
onboarding support, demo/training coordination, customer communication, and issue
resolution through calls, WhatsApp, chats, and support channels.
You will act as the communication bridge between creators, users, customers, and the
AdXReel operations team while ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and support
experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle creator, customer, and user support through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email
• Assist creators during onboarding, training, and account setup
• Conduct or coordinate creator demo/training sessions when required
• Guide creators and users on platform usage and campaign participation• Resolve creator/customer queries, technical issues, and operational concerns
• Follow up with inactive creators/users and help them re-engage
• Build strong relationships with creators and customers professionally
• Escalate critical support issues to internal teams when required
• Maintain proper support records, feedback updates, and communication logs
• Coordinate with creator operations, onboarding, and success teams for smooth
execution

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are highly preferred:
• Creator onboarding & demo/training
• Influencer or creator management
• Customer support / customer care
• Client relationship management
• Telecalling / BPO / support operations
• Social media or creator ecosystem support

Languages Preferred
Candidates fluent in one or more Indian languages are highly preferred:
• Telugu
• Hindi
• Tamil
• Malayalam
• Marathi
• Kannada
• Bengali
• Other regional Indian languages
Candidates with strong communication in multiple languages will have added

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle creators, customers, and users professionally
• Comfortable speaking on calls and video meetings
• Basic understanding of social media and creator platforms
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and support systems
• Problem-solving mindset with patience and ownership
• Ability to explain workflows clearly and simply
• Prior support, onboarding, training, or customer handling experience is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
