Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Gurugram, India. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, coordinate with teams to enhance process efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include planning and managing resources, monitoring key performance indicators, developing strategies for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role requires collaboration with various teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain exceptional service quality.

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
- Leadership, Team Coordination, and Communication skills
- Adaptability and ability to work effectively in an on-site role
- Familiarity with digital systems and tools is an advantage
- Experience in client relations and building partnerships is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
