Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Noida. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics and supply chain activities, including coordination of shipments, routing, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of goods. The role involves managing warehouse operations, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The Operations Manager will supervise operational staff, allocate resources, and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This position will also work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain service quality, and support continuous process improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage logistics operations, including shipment planning, routing, and coordination of transport activities.
- Experience with warehouse management, inventory control, and basic supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic logistics or ERP software for reporting and data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams, vendors, and customers.
- Proven experience in an operations or logistics supervisory role; experience in the logistics/supply chain industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage teams, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
