Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills who can manage project workflows, reporting, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily project operations and execution timelines
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare weekly progress reports and project status updates
- Monitor schedules, deliverables, and site activities
- Assist in budget tracking and fund allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
- Maintain documentation and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong coordination, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Good understanding of project scheduling and reporting
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage resources and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety and quality compliance practices
Preferred Background- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong coordination skills may apply)
- Exposure to MEP, construction, facility management, or engineering projects is an advantage
