About Us
ANATINA is a contemporary jewellery house based in Jaipur, known for its sculptural and fluid design language. As a growing brand, we work closely with retail partners and clients across India and are looking for someone to support and streamline our day-to-day operations.
We are hiring an Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and dispatch customer and store orders with accuracy and care
- Manage logistics, shipping, and delivery coordination
- Coordinate regularly with retail stores and partners we supply to
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation
- Oversee backend operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain inventory records and track order status
- Communicate professionally with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in using a laptop and basic software (Excel, email, etc.)
- Must own a personal laptop
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or retail backend is a plus
Commitment
