We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Operations Manager to join our team. We’re searching for a go-getter who thrives on multitasking, loves solving problems, and enjoys taking ownership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, from tracking international shipments and processing online orders to managing supplier relationships and assisting in the day-to-day personal and professional life of the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment Tracking & Order Processing:
- Monitor and manage shipments from dispatch to delivery.
- Process online orders with precision and timeliness
- Ensure all logistics are up-to-date and communicated clearly to relevant parties.
- Supplier Management:
- Source and vet suppliers for various needs.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors and follow up proactively.
- Negotiate terms and ensure quality and timely delivery of products/services.
- Personal & Executive Assistance:
- Support the CEO with daily personal and business-related tasks.
- Handle scheduling, errands, travel bookings, and other ad hoc requests.
- General Operations & Administration:
- Maintain clear records of operations, communications, and task lists.
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently—think and act like an owner.
- Wear multiple hats and take on new challenges as they arise.
