Role Description

In this full-time, on-site role as an Operations Manager for AR Follow-Up, you will be based in Hyderabad, managing accounts receivable operations. Daily responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing the AR follow-up process, mentoring and supporting team members, implementing process improvements, conducting performance analyses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership to achieve performance targets and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be good in Denial Management / AR Follow-ups.
• Must be working as Deputy Manager or Operations Manager in US healthcare.
• Must be having experience on the Provider side of the healthcare industry (10+ Years).
• Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes used on Denials.
• Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets.
• Ability to effectively prioritize individual and team responsibilities.
• Communicates well in front of groups, both large and small.
