We at ANJ Creations Pvt Ltd are currently hiring for Operations Manager who can manage the day to day ops & help streamlining the agency systems & SOPs.
We’re a bootstrapped organisation that’s grown from zero to nearly 200 people over the past decade. The journey has been steady so far; but now we’re ready to break barriers. As we move towards enhancing operations with tech-enabled and agentic forces, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to hustle and build with us.
Location: Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 4-6 years (or fewer years, if you make up for it with sharp thinking, hustle, and execution)
Industry: Advertising / Integrated Marketing Agency
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can own end-to-end operations, streamline processes (with a strong tech-first mindset), build scalable systems, and ensure seamless coordination across teams for efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline day-to-day operations across print, digital, PR, events teams, and production verticals
- Develop, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and execution across teams.
- Identify operational gaps, anticipate challenges, and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Work closely with leadership on strategic and business-critical initiatives
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong understanding of processes and how creative professionals function.
- Proven experience in operations management and cross-functional coordination in an advertising agency.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
If you can hustle and execute, your educational background won’t hold you back. That said, the following are a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field
- MBA (added advantage)
- Experience working with multiple vendors and production partners
