Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee transportation operations, lead the logistics team, train new employees, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to business growth through excellent customer service and sales generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
* Resolve operational issues, shipment delays, and customer escalations.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and track KPIs.
* Train, mentor, and guide new joiners and freshers on logistics processes and company SOPs
* Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing a high-performing logistics team.
Required Qualifications
* 3–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
* Proven experience leading and managing a logistics team.
* Strong knowledge of transportation planning, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Working Conditions
* Full-time position.
* Flexibility to handle urgent operational requirements outside normal business hours when needed.
