We're Hiring | Operations Manager – Supply Chain & Warehouse
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
Industry: Supply Chain | Warehousing | Logistics
Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for warehouse management and
supply chain excellence? We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead multiple
warehouse operations, drive process improvements, and ensure operational excellence across our
network.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage operations across multiple warehouse locations.
• Ensure smooth inbound, outbound, inventory, and dispatch operations.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity, SLA adherence, accuracy, and cost
optimization.
• Drive manpower planning, vendor management, and workforce productivity.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to improve operational efficiency and process adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, warehouse teams, transport partners, and stakeholders for seamless
execution.
• Analyze MIS reports and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve operational escalations and ensure high service levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and site teams.
• Travel across warehouse locations and conduct at least two site visits every week to review
performance, compliance, and operational improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ 4–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics Management.
✔ Experience managing multiple warehouse locations is preferred.
✔ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and process optimization.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, and operational dashboards.
