Location: Margao, Goa (Onsite)
Experience: 6+ Years (OTA / Travel Operations)
Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end OTA operations (Flights, Hotels, Packages)
- Oversee bookings, cancellations, refunds & service quality
- Handle supplier coordination (Airlines, Hotels)
- Ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong experience in GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
- Expertise in ticketing & OTA workflows
- Experience in supplier & team management
- IATA or GDS/NDC provider certification (Must)
