We are hiring an Operations Manager for Sheinic India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for managing complete order processing, production coordination, quality control, packing, and dispatch for both online D2C orders and offline/B2B bulk orders.
The role includes managing the complete sports jersey production flow from graphics, printing, fusing, cutting, stitching, QC, packing, and dispatch. The candidate will managing the entire workflow of from Order to Dispatch/
The candidate must be able to create daily production plans, assign tasks to each team, track order status, manage production deadlines, maintain order data, ensure timely dispatches, and share daily reports with management.
Required skills: production management, team coordination, order processing, dispatch management, Excel/Google Sheets, daily reporting, follow-up discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in garments, sportswear, sublimation printing, custom apparel, e-commerce operations .
Key Responsibilities — Operations Manager
- Manage end-to-end D2C online order processing from order receipt to dispatch.
- Manage B2B/bulk order processing including order sheets, artwork, timelines, production, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with the graphics/design team to ensure artwork files are ready and approved before production.
- Oversee complete sports jersey production flow: Graphics → Printing → Fusing → Cutting → Stitching → QC → Packing → Dispatch.
- Create daily production plans for each department and ensure work is assigned clearly.
- Monitor daily output of the printing, fusing, cutting, stitching, QC, packing and dispatch teams.
- Manage sublimation printing and engraving production of customised merchandise orders.
- Track order status daily and ensure no order is missed, delayed, or wrongly processed.
- Maintain proper inward and outward order data for D2C and B2B orders.
- Ensure timely production completion as per committed customer and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate with courier partners, shipping aggregators, and transport vendors for smooth dispatches.
- Resolve dispatch issues including pickup delays, courier exceptions, RTO, damaged shipments, and delivery concerns.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before packing and dispatch.
- Reduce production errors, wrong customization, wrong size dispatches, and delay-related complaints.
- Conduct regular reviews with production, QC, packing, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor individual team productivity and reduce idle time.
- Prepare and share daily production, pending order, and dispatch reports with management.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action quickly.
- Coordinate with sales, customer support, and production teams to prioritize urgent orders.
- Build discipline, accountability, and smooth workflow across the complete operations process.
