Role Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager – Facility Services to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site managerial role based in Jamnagar, responsible for maintaining high operational standards, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and implementing process improvements to meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include supervising facility operations, handling client interactions, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across multiple client locations.
- Ensure quality service delivery as per client requirements and SLA.
- Handle client meetings, complaints, and escalations.
- Supervise site teams, manpower deployment, and attendance.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely support services.
- Maintain operational reports and compliance records.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in facility management.
- Experience in handling multiple client accounts/sites.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping, soft services, and facility operations.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred.
