As we scale into a multi-outlet and franchise-driven business, we are building a strong front-end operations team to ensure every café delivers exceptional customer delight.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager – Cafés to lead front-end operations across all outlets. This is not a backend or production role. The focus is on customer experience, café operations, and on-ground team leadership. The role requires managing teams at scale and ensuring a consistent premium experience across all locations.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
1. Front-End Operations Leadership
• Oversee day-to-day café operations across outlets
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, and brand standards
• Drive strong on-ground execution during peak hours
2. Team Leadership & Hiring (Core KRA)
• Hire, train, and build café teams across locations
• Manage Café Managers & Cluster Managers
• Build a culture of accountability and performance
• Ensure proper staffing and productivity
3. Customer Experience & Delight (Core KRA)
• Deliver a premium and memorable customer experience
• Build a strong culture of customer obsession
• Handle escalations effectively.
4. Swiggy & Zomato Ratings (Core KRA)
• Maintain high ratings on Swiggy and Zomato
• Monitor reviews and customer feedback daily
• Take corrective actions to improve ratings
5. Food Wastage & Cost Control (Core KRA)
• Reduce food wastage across cafés
• Ensure portion control and SOP adherence
• Coordinate with backend teams for demand planning
6. SOP Implementation
• Implement front-end SOPs for service and customer handling
• Conduct regular audits for consistency
7. Performance Monitoring
• Track metrics: customer satisfaction, service time, order accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement across outlets
8. Expansion & Store Readiness
• Support new café launches (hiring + training)
• Ensure strong operational readiness from day one
Key Skills
• Strong front-end QSR/café operations experience
• Team management at scale
• Customer-first mindset
• Strong leadership presence on the floor
• Data-driven and detail-oriented
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
• 5–10+ years in café/QSR/hospitality operations
• Experience managing multiple outlets is mandatory
• Experience handling delivery platforms is a plus
