📍 We’re Hiring: Operations Management Trainee
📌 Location: Pune (Office: Baner-Balewadi)

As a growing end-to-end interior design firm, we are looking for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and making operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

✨ What You’ll Be Working On:
• Assisting in site execution operations
• Vendor coordination & follow-ups
• Coordinating with site engineers and internal teams
• SOP creation and workflow management
• Project tracking, dashboards, and reporting
• Ensuring timelines and operational processes stay on track
🎯 Who Can Apply:
• MBA final-year students or BBA graduates
• Candidates with strong organizational and communication skills
• People who are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
