About the Role
Santram Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Operations Management & Strategy Manager to drive operational excellence, improve business performance, and support strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will optimize processes across supply chain, HR management, quality, and business operations while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and supply chain performance.
- Create operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Support capacity planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Production, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership using data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, business excellence, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
