Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Management Intern position based in Indore. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting operational processes, assessing and improving workflows, coordinating projects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include analyzing operational data, managing channel partners, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of operations management and project management to plan, organize, and streamline processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Experience or aptitude in customer service to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Passion for contributing to the success of small and medium-sized enterprises
