Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in achieving operational goals. The role involves analyzing operational processes, optimizing workflows, managing customer service delivery, and leading project management initiatives. The Operations Manager will also spearhead team management, resolve operational challenges, and implement best practices for organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management, including optimizing workflows, implementing processes, and achieving operational targets
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making
- Proven expertise in Customer Service with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and engagement
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments
- Experience in Project Management, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and cross-team coordination
- Leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the customer experience (CX) industry or a similar domain is a plus
