Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Implement and optimize logistics processes to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize MS Excel to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments, resolve any logistics issues, and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize stockouts, while also minimizing excess inventory and reducing carrying costs.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Utilize your interpersonal skills to lead and motivate the operations team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive success.
