Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Operations Professional based in Coimbatore. The role involves managing daily logistics operations, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring efficient movement of goods to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer service standards, analyzing logistical challenges, overseeing export operations, and collaborating with team members to optimize processes and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Supply Chain Management and Export processes
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities and excellent Communication skills
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to optimize logistics and solve operational challenges
- Experience in logistics or operations management is a plus
- Proficiency in using ERP systems or logistics tools is advantageous
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for logistics and exports
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
