Operations Leader role in the Nuclear controls team will focus on operational activities related to the complete engagement which mainly include monitoring & reporting out engagement Health, Project Management, developing operational dashboards, Supporting leadership during Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reviews with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall Controls Project Management and Operation Health
- Operation Dashboard development & reporting out
- Resource Fulfilment (Base Load & New Requirements)
- Co-Ordination with VAU Lead, Delivery Leads, Sales Team, VSL
- Coordination with teams across different regions
- Addressing Background Verification Issues
- Managing Logistics for Blore ODC
- Facility upgrades & Developments
- Special Awards Activities with HR
- Utilization - AR and Yield
- Timesheet Compliance Dashboard
- Quarter Forecast support
- Drive Leadership/Customer Meetings
- Support on Innovation
- Support leadership in Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reviews with customers.
- Invoice Preparation/Approvals/Submission/RAR/UBR
- Training Coordination
- Streamlining the Training Data
- New Joiner Training
- Training Dashboard
- Continuous Improvement
- Managing Internal & External Audits
- New Joiner Follow-up : Onboarding and SSO creation data
- GE Compliance - SSO Activation/Deactivation
- GDC Onboarding/Off Boarding
