Role: Operations Lead (supply-chain and production)

What We’re Looking For
● 2+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations
● Hands-on experience working at a manufacturing or production facility, overseeing end-to-end processes from material inward through production to shipping finished goods to customers
● Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and driving down costs without compromising on pre-defined quality standards
● Someone comfortable being hands-on at the production floor and committed to ensuring finished goods ship on schedule
● Strong communication skills in English — you'll be coordinating with international suppliers and trade partners regularly
● Ability to prioritise and resolve issues quickly and independently
● Knows when to escalate and can drive decisions to closure
● Comfortable with periodic inventory audits and obsolescence reviews
