Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Operations Lead in the Founder's Office. The Operations Lead will oversee strategic projects, streamline workflows, and manage internal processes to ensure optimal efficiency. Responsibilities include supporting business strategy development, coordinating cross-functional teams, data analysis for improvements, and providing executive-level support to the Founder. The role also involves identifying opportunities for operational enhancements and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on streamlining operations and processes
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and leveraging insights for decision-making
- Ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
- Experience in working directly with executive leadership or founders is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Familiarity with personal development products or industry is advantageous
