Union Living is seeking a strategic and hands-on City Head of Operations to lead our Pune cluster. This role is designed for a hospitality veteranโspecifically those with experience as Cluster Hotel Managersโwho can translate luxury service standards into the managed living sector. You will be the face of Union Living in Pune, ensuring seamless property management, high resident retention, and robust P&L performance.

* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring brand standards are met consistently.
* P&L Management: Drive city-level profitability by optimizing operational costs without compromising on quality.
* Guest Relations: Maintain exceptional resident satisfaction scores; resolve grievances with a hospitality-first mindset.
* Community & Events: Conceptualize and execute monthly community events to foster a sense of belonging among residents.
* Vendor & Asset Management: Manage local vendors and ensure periodic maintenance of all physical assets and infrastructure.
* Compliance: Ensure all local statutory and safety regulations are strictly followed.

* Experience: Minimum 5 years in Hospitality or Operations Management. Experience managing multiple sites (Cluster/Area level) is highly preferred.
* Education: Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred.
* Language: Native-level fluency in Marathi is mandatory, along with professional proficiency in English and Hindi.
* Skills: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and a deep understanding of guest psychology.
* Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Pune market and local vendor networks.

* Accommodation: This position does not include company-provided accommodation. Candidates should ideally be based in or willing to relocate to Pune independently.
