We're hiring an Operations Lead at The School of You.
This is a full-time role, based in Bengaluru.
Let us tell you what kind of person we're looking for - because it's not the usual.
We don't need a specific degree or a certain number of years on a CV. Freshers and early-career folks are genuinely welcome.
What we need is someone who finds real satisfaction in a well-organised spreadsheet, a clean database, a process that runs without friction, and a follow-up that lands on time. Someone who doesn't just manage tasks - but owns them. Someone whose emails are clear and warm, whose files have systems, and whose systems have logic.
As Operations Lead, you'll manage registrations, track payments, coordinate across programmes, build and maintain our systems, and be the first point of contact for participants, collaborators, and partners.
We're a small, purpose-driven organisation that offers psychology-informed workshops that help people with their wellbeing and mental health. Our work is grounded in Transactional Analysis, existential psychology, psychodrama, and the arts. We're growing, and we need someone who can hold the operational centre of this work with competence, warmth, and pride.
This is a very important role for us. We are hiring with precision and care - and the application itself is part of how we'll know.
