Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Operations Lead at The EleFit Store. As an Operations Lead, you will oversee daily operational activities, streamline processes, and ensure overall efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing supply chains, analyzing operational data, and working closely with team members to meet organizational goals. The role also involves proactive problem-solving, maintaining operational compliance, and driving continuous improvement in operations.
Qualifications
- Strong project management, process optimization, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in logistics management, supply chain coordination, and operational analysis
- Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting to monitor operational performance
- Proven ability to work independently and in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or health and wellness industries is an advantage
