Description:
We are looking for a strong Operations Team Leader with at least 2+ years of experience managing teams in a BPO, outsourcing, or business support environment. The candidate should be confident in handling client communication, managing SLAs, mentoring teams, improving operational processes, and handling project transitions. Strong English communication, stakeholder management, reporting skills, and the ability to drive team productivity are mandatory. Candidates from travel, tour operator, or hospitality support backgrounds will have an added advantage. The role requires a hands-on people manager who can work in rotational shifts from office in Goa and effectively manage operational delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.
