About the Role
This is a high-ownership, execution-first role.
You will work on-ground inside clinics to ensure our system actually works with patients, doctors, and product teams.
This is not a desk job.
(Note : Candidates from Kerala only considered.)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the system among patients
- Work closely with doctors to improve engagement
- Identify friction points in real-world usage
- Solve on-ground operational challenges daily
- Translate insights into product and process improvements
- Build SOPs and repeatable workflows
- Track and improve key metrics (activation, engagement, retention)
Who Should Apply
- 0–3 years experience (not strict, ownership matters more)
- You have taken ownership of something end-to-end
- Strong execution mindset- you act, not just plan
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work on-ground and travel frequently
Who Should Not Apply
- Looking for a structured 9–5 role
- Prefer purely desk-based work
- Need constant direction or supervision
