About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Operations Team Lead to oversee and
optimize our end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth supply chain, logistics, and
freight operations.
Develop and execute operations, supply chain, and logistics plans for domestic and
international markets.
Manage vendors and partners for seamless delivery.
Drive process improvements for efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and report performance.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with distribution and retail partners.
Work with manufacturers for quality and cost efficiency.
Forecast demand and plan schedules.
Focus on BOM planning and profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Support teams. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience.
Strong logistics and vendor management knowledge.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools.
Added preference
Experience in Sports or fitness industry.
Exposure to international shipping.
Familiarity with planning and forecasting.
