Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Lead based in Bhiwadi/ Manesar, India. The Operations Lead will oversee daily operations, coordinate workforce assignments, and ensure smooth communication between manufacturers and skilled workers. Responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, managing workforce scheduling, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements to meet business needs. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client success and maintain operational standards.

- Project Coordination, Resource Allocation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Effective Communication, Collaboration, and Client Relations skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Proven experience in a similar role within industries like manufacturing, logistics, or workforce management
- MBA in Operations Management(Preferred)
- 5-7 Years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for operations and workforce management is preferred
