Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Lead – Reverse Logistics based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing and optimizing reverse logistics processes, including returns management, inventory handling, and reverse supply chain planning. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members and stakeholders, monitoring key performance indicators, driving process improvements, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Operations Lead will also ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements, while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and service quality enhancement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Reverse Logistics Processes, including returns management, inventory control, and reverse supply chain operations
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Performance Monitoring, and Process Optimization
- Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Logistics Technology, Analytical Tools, and ERP Systems
- Adaptability to dynamic operational challenges and a problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational role
- Knowledge of industry regulations and processes, particularly in reverse logistics
