Role Description
This is not a desk job.
We are looking for an Operations Lead who can own deployments end-to-end across remote mining and industrial sites. You will be the person ensuring that things actually get done on the ground — not just planned.
You’ll operate at the intersection of:
- Field execution
- Logistics
- Team management
- Business operations

What You’ll Own
1. End-to-End Deployments
- Own complete deployment lifecycle: planning → execution → commissioning
- Be on-site to ensure systems are installed, tested, and operational
- Solve real-world problems (not slide deck problems) in real time
- Ensure zero excuses, only outcomes
2. Field Operations
- Run day-to-day operations across multiple active sites
- Track progress, unblock teams, and push execution speed
- Build and refine SOPs based on actual field learnings (not theory)
3. Travel & Logistics
- Plan and execute movement of people, equipment, and materials
- Ensure teams reach remote sites with everything they need
- Optimize cost, time, and reliability of operations
4. Team Leadership
- Manage field technicians and deployment teams
- Handle real issues: attendance, morale, conflicts, performance
- Build a team that delivers under pressure
5. Vendor & Client Coordination
- Work directly with on-ground client teams at mining sites
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and OEM partners
- Ensure alignment and execution without delays
Who This Is For
- 2–4 years in operations / deployments / site execution roles
- Background in mining, telecom, infra, heavy industry, or field ops preferred
- Someone who:
- Takes ownership without being asked
- Is comfortable with uncertainty and changing plans
- Can handle tough environments (remote sites, long travel, unpredictable conditions)
- Thinks in terms of outcomes, not tasks
Must Have
- Willingness to travel 60–80% of the time
- Comfortable staying at remote mining sites
- Strong bias for action
