Operations & Inventory Manager | Oye Happy, Hyderabad

At Oye Happy, celebrations ship daily to Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart & Amazon Now. We need one sharp, hands-on person who owns the warehouse — someone for whom a messy shelf or a stock mismatch is genuinely unacceptable.

📋 What you'll own:

• Daily warehouse operations — inwards, outwards, zero chaos
• On-time dispatches — every order out the door, every time
• Stock receiving & quantity verification (GRN)
• Zoho Inventory — accurate inward & outward entries, no backlogs
• Physical vs system stock reconciliation & cycle counts
• Warehouse organisation — every SKU segmented, labelled, easy to pick
• Cleanliness & housekeeping standards (non-negotiable)
• Monitoring & accountability of warehouse staff
• Daily MIS & dispatch reports shared with the team
• Returns & RTV handling — damaged stock segregated & system updated

✅ You should have:

* 2–5 years of warehouse / operations experience (quick commerce or FMCG preferred)

* Hands-on with inventory software — Zoho Inventory is a big plus

* Strong eye for detail — stock mismatches genuinely bother you

* Ability to manage a small team and hold them accountable

* Good with Excel / Google Sheets for basic MIS

* Can-do attitude — willing to get on the floor, not just manage from a desk
