The 'Operations Associate' will be responsible for managing internal workflows, maintaining structured task systems, and ensuring operational efficiency across teams.
This role is central to execution, requiring strong expertise in task management, dashboard creation, and data handling, along with the ability to translate strategy into actionable workflows.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Create, manage, and maintain tasks and workflows using ClickUp or similar tools
- Break down strategic objectives into structured action items
- Ensure all tickets are updated, tracked, and closed within defined timelines
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor task progress, team performance, and project timelines
- Ensure dashboards and trackers are consistently updated and accurate
- Identify inefficiencies and optimize processes for better execution
- Assist in strategic planning by converting plans into operational workflows
- Maintain structured data and ensure accuracy across all systems
- Support reporting and data-driven decision making
