Manage daily task tracking, follow-ups, and status updates
Build and maintain Google Sheets trackers for delivery, reporting, and outreach
Coordinate schedules, meeting notes, action items, and deadlines with founders and teams
Convert messy inputs into SOPs, checklists, templates, and workflows
Support client documentation, proposal coordination, and timeline management
Maintain folder structures, file naming systems, and CRM/lead trackers
Visit client locations for audits, trainings, and on-ground operational support when required
