Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Operational Planning & Execution – Plan and execute operational workflows across departments with clear timelines, monitor SOP compliance, and proactively flag risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
- Kit Management – Oversee end-to-end kit preparation, packaging, and dispatch for all programs, maintain inventory records, coordinate with vendors, and conduct quality checks before dispatch.
- Data Handling & Reporting – Maintain operational trackers and dashboards using MS Excel and Google Sheets, handle data entry and analysis, and prepare performance reports for internal reviews and leadership meetings.
