Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Help in smooth functioning of Skill learning Programs, Workshops & regular activities at Bloom Activity Center
- Building good customer relations, stakeholder management & communications
- Upkeep and monitor the Center’s operations for it’s proper functioning
- Coordinating with central program team, revenue team & market stakeholders
About Company: Bloom is a soft skill platform for children, aiding holistic development from an early age. We see IQ and academics do provide the direction, but these are the soft skills that actually steer us forward. And the seed needs to be sown early because it becomes difficult to break the patterns in adulthood.
Also, when we say soft skills, it's not only confined to communication skills or personality development skills, as the general notion is. It's much more than that. It is the right thought process, attitude & approach to inculcation. We touch upon a suite of topics like empathy & compassion, negotiation skills, rationalizing ill feelings like envy, hate, self-doubt, comparisons, dealing with failures, facing challenges, relationship building, teamwork, money management, ownership, and others.
