Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate with customers across channels – WhatsApp/email/call and respond to queries promptly across channels
- Coordinate with the operations team for all changes/returns communicated by the customer
- Provide daily reports on queries and changes to the team
- Follow up with customers and operations team whether customer changes were implemented or not
- Follow communication guidelines strictly
- Understand company policies and detailed understanding of product and brand
