Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Operations Interns based in Trivandrum, Kerala. The role encompasses supporting operations activities for IPL-CSK project coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The intern will also contribute to process improvements and help achieve organizational goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, optimize processes, and solve operational challenges
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and coordination across teams
- Basic knowledge of Operations Management
- Ability to support and assist in Project Management activities
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for supporting sports and activewear enterprises
- MBA or Btech graduates are preferred
