At Prepisely, we’re building a fast-growing AI-powered upskilling platform helping students and professionals bridge the gap between academics and real-world careers. We’re looking for an Operations Intern who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn how business operations work across teams.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across functions.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow execution
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, and internal databases
- Coordinate with teams like HR, Marketing, and Content for task follow-up
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing internal communication
- Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely completion
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Handle basic documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any field)
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
