🚀 We’re Hiring: Operations & Founder’s Associate @ VAMOSS!NDIA
If you’re someone who loves sports, thrives in high-energy environments and enjoys getting things done — this might be for you.
At VAMOSS!NDIA, we’re building a premium pickleball academy and community across Delhi — and we’re looking for someone to work closely with the founder (me!) across operations + everything in between.
✨ This is a hybrid role:
– First half of the day: Work from home (coordination, planning, backend)
– Evenings: On-ground at our academy (Saket / South Ex / other locations)
🛠️ What you’ll do:
• Manage daily academy operations (batches, schedules, smooth execution)
• Coordinate with parents & players (a LOT of WhatsApp 😄)
• Handle fee tracking & basic finance coordination
• Maintain clean databases & records
• Support on-ground during coaching hours
• Assist with content shoots & social media moments
• Work directly with the founder on events, ideas, and expansion
🌟 Who we’re looking for:
• Super organised but also street-smart
• Great with people (especially parents & kids)
• Proactive > instructed
• Comfortable with juggling multiple things
• Based in Delhi
Bonus points if:
• You love sports (even better if you want to learn/play pickleball!)
• You enjoy being part of something growing from the ground up
This is not a “9–5 desk job” — it’s fast, fun, slightly unpredictable, and comes with a lot of learning & ownership.
