Operations Intern – Product & Academic Programs
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Work from Office)

We're looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern who is eager to learn, take ownership, and work closely with the Product & Academic Programs team. This isn't a routine internship you'll be involved in real projects that directly contribute to the company's growth and impact.
2.What You'll Do
As an Operations Intern, you'll work across multiple functions, including product, academics, operations, and strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing professional presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Assisting in the development of academic curriculum and course structures
- Conducting market, industry, and competitor research
- Preparing reports, documentation, and internal resources
- Supporting the planning and execution of academic programs
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Managing day-to-day operational tasks and project tracking
- Supporting leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects
- Working on ad-hoc assignments based on business priorities
3.What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate or graduating students from any discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint/Canva, Excel, and Word
- Good research and analytical abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
4.Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience designing presentations or pitch decks
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools
- Interest in Product Management, Operations, Strategy, or EdTech
